Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager – What you’ll do:

You will be joining a leading energy company.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the customer engagement plans, specifically B2B customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• You will be accountable for providing strategic direction oversight for the delivery of customer engagement via external committees.
• You will be involved in reviewing and developing engagement approaches.
• You will help the Head of Customer Engagement Delivery to drive forward improvements in the company’s engagement approach to ensure that they continually meets SEC and the Retail Energy Code (REC) obligations and expectations.
• Developing and maintaining 1-2-1 relationships with committee chairs and members, external regulatory colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure open lines of conversations are created with customers.

Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager – What you’ll need:

• Experience Reviewing and developing engagement approaches.

. Experience delivering within key stakeholder environments.

• Preferably experience working with B2B customers
• Experience negotiating positions/ evidence of influencing skills internally/ externally.

Salary:

£50,000- £65,000 (dependant on location + experience)

Location:

London/ Manchester base- Hybrid

+ Open to looking at candidate further afield

This Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager role would be best suited to a someone who has been in roles based around regulatory engagement, regulatory delivery or strategic programme delivery.
