Operations Manager (B2B) – Northamptonshire

We are currently recruiting for a confident Operations Manager (B2B) with Energy industry experience, in particular around Flexible Contract operations. The successful candidate will be joining a highly ambitious business looking to dramatically increase it’s market share

Essential Skills/ experience:

  • UK Energy experience, from a B2B perspective
  • A thorough understanding of flexible contracts
  • Ability to affect and improve end to end processes from sales to customer journey
  • Confident leading and mentoring a team while delivering development plans to maximise potential
  • Positive can do attitude looking able to deliver in a fast paced environment

Role description:

The Operations Manager (B2B) will take ownership of servicing business electricity and gas customers, including onboarding, customer billing and leavers paying close attention that at all points service levels remain high.

In managing your team you will firstly look for areas of individual improvement and help to train and develop members of your operation to reach their potential. In addition to this you will also identify area for improvements in systems and process that will ultimately make for a better customer experience in turn delivering high retention rates from satisfied customers.

Location: Northamptonshire

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
