Operational Compliance Manager
Do you have strong experience in ensuring compliance and undertaking assurance activities? Do you have experience engaging with regulatory bodies and have you managed risks frameworks? This role could be for you!
Operational Compliance Manager – What you’ll do:
- Ensure the operational teams are compliant with relevant obligations
- Develop and manage compliance and audit frameworks
- Ensure documentation is updated and fit for purpose
- Work with relevant regulatory bodies
- Manage a team
Operational Compliance Manager – What you’ll need:
- Regulated industry experience (utilities would be a bonus)
- Experience conducting compliance/assurance activities
- Understanding of IMS obligations and H&S legislation
- Team management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement ability
Salary: £35,000-£43,000
Location: Hybrid – Oxfordshire
