Metering Operations Analyst
I'm working with a growing, stable, exciting brand within the Energy sector, who are looking to take on permanent people in their Back Office Operations teams. You'll need to have at least some experience of the Energy supply market, everything else they'll teach you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your understanding of the Energy market, develop your analytical and data handling skills, and hopefully begin a successful career as part of a growing company.
Metering Operations Analyst - responsibilities
There are multiple roles available across Smart Metering, and Billing, bus as an overview the roles will involve:
- Handle complex billing/invoice processes
- Manage and maintain large quantities of data
- Engage with 3rd parties
- Handle escalations and exceptions
- Support delivery of smart meter roll-out
Metering Operations Analyst - what you will need:
- Minimum of 6-9 months experience in the Energy supply industry - the more the better!
- Knowledge of either Energy Billing or Metering processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Logical, process driven mindset
Salaries range between £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (permanent - depending on experience) + company benefits
