Do you have strong experience in Collections and Recoveries and are looking for your next career step? We are working with an exciting client looking for a full time Debt Manager to join their team. Interested? Have a look at the below!
Debt Manager - What will you do:
- Developing the Collections and Recoveries strategy
- Ownership of delinquent customers, the performance of that portfolio and all Collections and Recoveries KPIs and SLAs
- Coaching the Operational teams on Collections and Recoveries best practice
Debt Manager - What will you need:
- Experience of working in a leadership or management role in Collections and Recoveries (ideally Utilities)
- Experience of working with third parties in Collections and Recoveries
- Experience of managing debt sales
- Knowledge of key regulatory requirements and standards
Location: London - Flexible working available
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
