Data Insight Analyst – what you will be doing?
- Produce analysis focused around customer experience, business processes and performance
- Support decision making through commercial insight and present to senior stakeholders/exec leadership
- Draw together data from multiple sources as well as third parties to carry out accurate analysis
- Support junior Analysts in the team and encourage ongoing development
Data Insight Analyst – what experience you will need?
- Previous experience in an analytical/insight role
- Experience extracting data using SQL
- Experience working with a data visualisation tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau etc)
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate analysis to stakeholders
- Any background in Credit Management/Debt analytics would be useful but isn’t essential
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire (hybrid working available)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
