Consult Energy are working with an exciting client looking for a Customer Services Team Lead to join their team. Interested? Have a look at the below!
Customer Services Team Lead – What will you do:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of customer facing service agents
- Develop continuous improvement plans to improve customer journey
- Build and maintain relationships with other internal operational functions
- Point of escalation for complaints and queries
Customer Services Team Lead – What will you need:
- Demonstrate related work experience and a track record of previous experience of people management
- Energy/Utility industry experience would be hugely desirable
- Able to demonstrate experience in continuous improvement, people and stakeholder management·
- Collaborative management style
Location: Northampton – Hybrid working
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
