Consult Energy is working with a highly successful, growing business, who is looking for a Customer Value Marketing Manager to design and manage campaigns within Salesforce to improve customer engagement and growth. Does this sound like you? Get in touch with your CV asap!
CRM Manager – what you will be doing:
- Take a data-led approach to segment specific customer groups for targeted campaigns
- Develop campaigns based on insight and analysis to maximise customer value and engagement
- Utilise CRM system to build tailored campaigns
- Report on campaign performance and produce insights to improve future marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke propositions
- Implement effective processes
CRM Manager – what experience you will need:
- Experience designing and delivering targeted CRM marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to segment customer base
- Understanding of customer lifetime value principles
- Previous experience in a subscription or e-commerce business would be beneficial but isn’t essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location: Remote within the UK
Salary: £42,000 – £52,000 + bonus and other benefits
