Contract Analyst:
Do you have experience in managing and drawing up high value energy contracts? Do you have a background in law? Do you have experience negotiating contracts? If so, this role could be for you!
Contract Analyst– What you’ll do:
You will be joining a global oil and natural gas company.
You will be responsible for drafting, writing and reviewing contracts.
Negotiating contracts and creating issues for third party sales contracts.
In this role you will be responsible for:
· You will be creating and issuing all physical oil third party sales contracts; these being high value contracts over £1 million.
· You will be responsible for knowing customer requirements and will need a good understanding of contracts and how they operate.
Contract Analyst- What you’ll need:
· A strong understanding of contracts.
. Experience drafting up, reviewing and writing high value contracts.
· Excellent communication skills
· Law degree/ legal background.
Salary:
£50,000- 70,000
Location:
London- 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
This Contract Analyst role would be best suited to a someone who has a good understanding of high value contracts with a legal background.
