COLLECTIONS TEAM MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS

A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a Collections Team Manager to join a rapidly expanding company in the West Midlands area on a permanent basis. The successful Team Manager will play a key "hands-on" part of the Operations team to help manage the Customer Journey, helping create and streamline customer and industry processes. The role offers a salary of up to £40,000 and the chance to work for a company going through a massive growth period with great progression opportunities!

Collections Team Manager Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring out the best in a team
  • Experience leading a Collections team
  • Proven track record in monitoring KPIs and SLAs against company targets
  • Motivated to help improve operational processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and eye for detail

Desirable skills:

  • B2B Energy/Utilities industry experience would be ideal

Collections Team Manager Day to day role:

  • You will be responsible for 4 direct reports.
  • Ensure delivery is of highest quality whilst monitoring performance against industry targets and regulations.
  • The Team Manager will also have to understand the purpose and importance of industry targets to help the company achieve compliance

Job Type: Permanent

Location: West Midlands

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
