BUSINESS ANALYST - Staffordshire

An experienced Business Analyst is required to join one of my established Utility industry clients on a permanent basis. They need at least one experienced Business Analyst to join the team to help with business growth and also to help with re-engineering and documenting various business processes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong experience working professionally in Business Analysis
  • Must have experience facilitating workshops with various business stakeholders
  • Excellent Process Documentation and Process Re-Engineering skills
  • Ability to work across both Business Change and IT projects
  • Experience working in the Utilities industry is highly advantageous

Day to day role

The role of the Business Analyst will be extremely varied and will involve working with various senior business stakeholders. The successful candidate will work with various departments to run workshops and capture functional and non-functional requirements, liaise with the Development and testing teams to deliver these technical requirements in the form of businesses products, simultaneously working to improve documentation for other work in the wider business. You will have complete exposure to the full product/ customer lifecycle, from design through to implementation and have a fantastic opportunity to progress within the team.
