Accounts Assistant
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant working in Accounts Receivable? Have you had experience completing bank reconciliations with high volume transactions? Can you work capably within Excel?

Accounts Assistant – what you will be doing:
- Bank account and cashbook reconciliations
- Sales ledger reconciliation
- Posting ledger related journals to the General Ledger
- Reconciling billing journals
- Allocate incoming payments and investigate unallocated customer receipts
Accounts Assistant – what experience you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Receivable/Sales Ledger role
- Good excel skills (including pivot tables and vlookups)
- Strong focus on continuous improvement in your work
- It would be beneficial to be studying towards your AAT/ACCA/CIMA Qualification (support will be provided in the role)
Location: Solihull (1 day a week required in the office)
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000
